SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

1. All orders will be processed within 24 to 72 hours of receipt of order. Based on stock availability, you should receive your items within 1 to 3 weeks, when shipping UPS Ground.
2. You may request UPS Overnight, Two-Day and Three-Day shipments on your order. However, these items will ship (based on stock availability) only after order is processed, again within 24 to 72 hours of receipt. Orders placed over weekend will process on next regular business day.
3. Orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box and must be shipped to a physical street address.
4. Your credit card will be charged only on items shipped along with the shipping and handling charges. We will notify you on any items back ordered and may suggest alternative options if the item will be out of stock for any length of time. Please allow three to six weeks delivery on backorder items. All backorders ship UPS Ground. No shipping charges on backorders.
5. To check on your order status click on the My Account link, or in the order confirmation e-mail you received. You will need to use the log-in name and password created when you place d the order to access this information.
